Online Reservations must be booked 24 hours in advance.
Please note that all online reservations are prepaid by credit card or you may also use a direct bill account if your company has an account with Roadrunner Shuttle and Limousine. If you don't know your company's direct bill account number, please contact your company's representative for the account number.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for Door-to-Door rideshare services and Exclusive Vans requires
8 hours advance notice
. Town Cars, Limousines, Minibuses and Limo buses require a
72 hour notice
. Refunds will be issued only if cancellations are made 8 hours in advance for Door-to-Door rideshare services and Exclusive Vans and 72 hours for Town Cars, Limousines, Minibuses and Limo buses.
